Kim Kardashian Wore the Same Outfit 3 Days in a Row – and the Internet Is Obsessed

Keeping up with trends is a difficult task. So difficult that even Kim Kardashian couldn’t do it herself. But instead, she’s making a trend of outfit repeating — which is something we’ve been doing all along.

In a “just like us” moment, the 36-year-old had quite a hectic weekend that began on Thursday with her daughter North‘s fourth birthday. The toddler donned a pair of fuzzy cheetah slippers for the laid-back occasion, while her mother went for a casual look of grey Yeezy sweatpants, white sneakers and a white tank top sans bra, because she’s that low-key. And the attention that she received for how lax the evening’s look was, seemingly inspired her to try it out again (and again).

On Friday, Kardashian was spotted in the same look as she went to film for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, where it seems the only thing she managed to change were her shoes. The striped Yeezy sneakers were a departure from what she wore the day before; however, she wasn’t apart from those plain white sneakers for long, as she paired them with the same ensemble the next day.

Saturday marked the third day that Kardashian wore the same outfit, which people are now assuming was done for consistency on the reality show. However, it might just be a way to save some brain power for the busy weekend.

According to the concept of decision fatigue, it turns out that deciding what to wear is an exercise of willpower that might actually expend too much of it before bigger decisions have to be made later in the day. Barack Obama and Mark Zuckerberg are subscribers to the belief and admit to wearing the same color suit and shirt every day, just to avoid making one more decision.

Another idea about dressing uniformly takes flattery into account. As seen in the streets of Paris, dressing in similar pieces on a daily basis ensures that an outfit is always flattering. Maybe because Kardashian managed to awe people in the casual look, she decided to stick with it for the rest of the weekend.

The positive reaction toward Kardashian’s outfit repeating is refreshing after a number of celebrities have been setting the bar high with multiple outfit changes per day. But if we can run to the grocery store in the same outfit that we wore to bed the night before, Kim Kardashian can too.

Why Melania Trump’s Blue Dress Looks Very Familiar

Melania Trump popped in blue to welcome the Panamanian president and his wife to the White House on Monday.

To attend a meeting on crime and immigration with President Trump, President Juan Carlos Varela, and first lady Lorena Castillo de Varela, Melania wore a $1,696 Michael Kors cornflower-blue fitted dress. It was adorned with buttons along faux pockets and paired with Christian Louboutin floral So Kate pumps — the same pair she wore in April to meet the Chinese president and first lady.

The blue hue was a familiar choice in two ways: because first daughter Ivanka Trump set off to work on Monday wearing a Jason Wu blue sheath dress, and because it was reminiscent of her inaugural outfit.

<

For her husband’s inauguration ceremony in January, Melania wore a Ralph Lauren powder blue cashmere suit composed of a mock turtleneck dress and a cropped jacket. The look generated headlines for evoking the spirit of former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy (save for a pillbox hat) and for the color — as blue is the color unofficially associated with the Democratic Party.

Ironically, Hillary Clinton wore a white Ralph Lauren pantsuit to the inauguration, a detail that did not go unnoticed on social media, with some suggesting that the shared designer symbolized a likeness between the two women.

And in May, after French first lady Brigitte Macron wore a blue suit by Louis Vuitton that drew comparisons to Melania’s inaugural look, executive image consultant Sylvie di Giusto told Yahoo Style of the color, “It’s associated with intelligence, trust, and security, and the lighter the blue shade becomes, the more sympathetic, personal, warm, and communicative it is perceived.”

On Monday, Melania’s blue dress stood out next to Castilla’s emerald-green dress, which she paired with white pumps.

Style aside, the meeting between the two couples wasn’t seamless. According to the Washington Post, while posing for photographers, President Trump said, “The Panama Canal is doing quite well. I think we did a good job building it, right — a very good job.” To that, Varela replied, “Yeah, about 100 years ago,” in a comment that Twitter perceived as a dig.

Barbie Debuts New Ken Dolls With Dad-Bods and Man-Buns

Leonardo DiCaprio, and all those in possession of “dad-bods,” now have a little bit of representation in the doll world.

The nation’s largest toymaker Mattel announced on Tuesday that they will be producing new versions of Ken — Barbie’s lifelong companion — and these new Kens will have a slightly different look. The new models come in two different body types dubbed “slim” and “broad.” Mattel will also diversify Ken’s look with six new molded hairstyles (including cornrows and an on-trend man bun) as well as a total of seven skin tones.

While “broad” Ken will not have a full-on belly, he does have a thicker build with particular emphasis on the chest and wrists. “Slim” Ken will be smaller in the same areas.

These changes come after body inclusivity activists shared their concerns after Mattel introduced three different body types for the female Barbies last year — tall, curvy, and petite. Mattel even included a Barbie version of curvy supermodel Ashley Graham (featuring cellulite and no thigh-gap, as requested by Graham), but nothing to diversify the looks of Barbie’s male counterpart.

“By continuing to expand our product line, we are redefining what a Barbie or Ken doll looks like to this generation,” Lisa McKnight, senior vice president and general manager for Barbie, said in a statement. “Evolving Ken was a natural evolution for the brand and allows girls to further personalize the role they want him to play in Barbie’s world.”

In addition to the changes in Barbie and Ken’s body types, the switch makes business sense for the brand. Since introducing the different body types for the dolls in 2016, Mattel saw a 7 percent boost in sales. Let’s see how the dad-bods do.

Jennifer Lopez Is Loving Life (and Alex Rodriquez) — and Her Fashion Proves It

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriquez were living their best Parisian lives this past weekend, when they jetted off for a #baecation in France. The pair, who made their red carpet debut at this year’s Met Gala, have been setting the bar high for Hollywood couples since, but there’s nothing quite like the envy they’re giving fans right now. From fancy meals to fabulous fashion, the J.Rod summer vacay has everyone wishing they were there — but mainly to see J.Lo’s outfits.

Lopez’s Instagram has been populated by photos from the trip, where even she appeared to be stunned by the glamour. On her first night in Monte Carlo, she posted a picture in a white cutout dress by House of CB, seemingly custom-made for her body. And although she points out the “prettiest bathroom ever,” there’s clearly something even prettier in the room.

The next evening, she was joined by Rodriquez for a photo of the two of them goofing off in their hotel room. In it, her 41-year-old beau is in a white suit jacket while she gleams in a sequin dress. The singer is looking at Rodriquez lovingly, and included a message in her caption: “#whocareswhattheyregonnasay.”

Although these two might only have eyes for each other, it’s clear that everyone else does too, as the fashionable couple stuns day in and day out. During an outing in Paris on Saturday, Lopez was photographed in a Gucci pussy-bow top and skirt, paired with Giuseppe heels and a Valentino bag, because what else would you wear for lunch at the Louvre?

That night was a return to a body-hugging look for the 47-year-old, as she rocked a two-piece set by Mistress Rocks — the sister label to House of CB. The look was certainly an example of high-low fashion, as the $99 dress was paired with crystal-embellished Giuseppe heels.

But leave it up to this couple to prove they don’t need to be in a suit and gown to show up somewhere in style. As they boarded a yacht in Nice on Sunday, A-Rod was seen in dark denim and a polo, while J.Lo rocked white TopShop culottes, a black crop top by Naked Wardrobe, and, once again, a pair of Giuseppe sandals (see top photo).

Thanks for bringing us along on your vacay, baes. We enjoyed every fashionable moment of it.

Here Is Every Tropical Outfit Rihanna Wore in DJ Khaled's 'Wild Thoughts' Video

Fresh off the release of his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "I'm the One," DJ Khaled just rolled out another summer banger, "Wild Thoughts," featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, first thing Friday (June 16), accompanied by the highly anticipated music video.

The Colin Tilley-directed clip boasts an upbeat summer nightlife vibe in a tropical Miami setting. Rihanna and Khaled carry out that concept by dressing in bright-hued outfits, serving up some serious polychromatic summer looks straight off the runway. From her vibrant floral-print head scarf to those baggy yellow cargo pants, here's what Rihanna wore for the steamy summertime video shoot:

The "Work" singer showed off her sultry, fashion-forward style as she danced along the streets of Little Haiti wearing psychedelic Balenciaga high-waisted floral-print leggings with matching "Knife" boots, a bright-pink vintage Betsey Johnson crop top and a pair of oversize crescent-shape Lynn Ban earrings. Her accessories were on point too, including a floral head scarf, green vintage Versace belt and a pair of pink Karen Walker "Love Hangover" shades.

The songstress turned to a short turquoise off-the-shoulder silk chiffon dress by Alberta Ferretti and Rihanna x Manolo Blahnik "Poison Ivy" gladiator sandals for a sexier ensemble. Rihanna chose a striking blue smoky eye and bold red lips to finish off the hotel room look.

During the last few seconds of the video, Rih stands out in yellow beside Khaled and Tiller, wearing a bright nylon off-the-shoulder top and cargo pants designed by Matthew Adams Dolan.

A Casual First Family Heads to ‘Rustic’ Camp David for the First Time

Heading to the presidential compound Camp David for the first time in Donald Trump’s few months in office, the president and first lady stepped out in fairly casual style. He went without one of his signature lengthy ties, she was stylishly casual as well in a belted shirtdress — a $1,795 Gabriela Hearst design — while their son, Barron, sported Arsenal Football Club soccer shorts. The first family was accompanied by Melania’s parents, Viktor and Amalija Knavs.

The eschewing of typical Trump things went beyond neckties. Donald Trump and family, of course, are more known for taking weekends off for golfing in Florida. This visit to Camp David comes amid much previous speculation that Trump would not spend time at the government-owned retreat at all. He was quoted as calling the facility “rustic” and downplaying its appeal to foreign reporters earlier this year.

One thing that will also be missing from this weekend escape is the hefty bill for taxpayers. While the Trumps’ visits to Florida cost millions of dollars in security, Camp David — located just over 60 miles outside Washington, D.C. — is a Navy installation, guarded full time by an elite unit of Marines.

Since Trump has been in office he has, by some counts, been golfing 28 times, at the cost of about $40 million. Camp David may not be a prime spot for the president’s favorite sport, however. The facility can boast only a single golf hole and a driving range.

As for the first lady’s ensemble, fashion gawkers are calling it a winner: her Gabriela Hearst shirtdress matched with a Michael Kors belt and Louboutin flats.

Zoë Kravitz Demonstrates How To Make A Girly Outfit Cool

When you think of Zoë Kravitz, you probably think badass. Daring since day one, the actress is at once edgy and effortless, especially when it comes to her style. Recently, however, the actress’ sartorial angle took a feminine turn, with just a touch of her signature bite. Donning a pretty pink dress by emerging label Sies Marjan and rounding things out with tonal sandals and a marigold velvet bag by The Row, Zoë looks anything but precious. Basically? We’re obsessed—and inspired to think pink. Here, see her achingly cool spin on girly-girl, then continue on for her best looks to date.

Jennifer Lopez Sizzles In Sexy Bathroom Selfie

Jennifer Lopez gave fans a 360-view of her famous curves with a strategically-angled selfie.

The Shades of Blue actress, 47, posted a photo on Instagram Friday while standing in a mirrored bathroom wearing a long-sleeved, white mini-dress with side cut-outs, gold hoop earrings, and a top knot. “When you find yourself in the prettiest bathroom ever,” she captioned the post, adding the hashtags #vacationvibes and #bathroom selfie.

The singer’s comments section was flooded with more than 787K likes and demands to know the designer of her dress (we’re working on it!).

If history is any indicator, Lopez was likely solo in the restroom. At the Robin Hood Foundation benefit in May, four of her security guards shut down the powder room at the Javits Center in New York City so the star could have some privacy, according to an eyewitness who spoke anonymously to Page Six. “People were thinking Hillary [Clinton] or another politician must be in there, but Alex Rodriguez, standing off to the side on his phone, waiting, gave it away. Then J.Lo strode out with the guards in tow and the regular people were let in. It was insane!”

It’s unknown where J-Lo is vacationing — or if she’s with beau Rodriguez — but this week, she appeared in Florida to shoot her music video for her new single “Ni Tu Ni Yo” from her Spanish-language album produced by her ex-husband and father of her two children, Marc Anthony.

Cool Bride Wears Millennial Pink to Her Wedding

#MillennialPink is basically everywhere right now - but would you wear it on your big day? One Australian bride, Grace Limon, decided she'd do just that, defying convention by wearing a soft pink Hayley Paige Bridal gown.

Oh, and her bridesmaids wore white.

Some might say not wearing white is risky - but if that's true, Limon's gamble paid off: She looked gorgeous and her bridesmaids were ~fire~ too.

Limon told Daily Mail Australia that not wearing white - or ivory or any other off-white color - wasn't a problem, since she'd always envisioned wearing a color down the aisle.

The decision for her bridesmaids to wear white was the result of trial and error. "Other colors ... didn't work," she told the publication. "The white just made my dress stand out more."

That it did - and more power to you, Limon! Congrats!

Why This Body-Positive Instagrammer Is Going Shirtless at Yoga

The body-positive movement has blown up on Instagram over the past few years, with women and men sharing their struggles with confidence and self-love.

Rachel Sharkey, who chronicles her journey on Instagram as Babyyshark, posted about an issue almost anyone can relate to in the warmer weather — wearing less clothing while exercising. Because it’s summer and it’s hot.

Sharkey shared with her more than 4,300 followers that she decided not to wear a top over her sports bra at her yoga practice.

“First time wearing just a sports bra to yoga tonight! I am deciding to challenge myself,” Sharkey wrote in the caption.

Yahoo Style reached out to her for comment, and Sharkey told us about going to her class and how it made her feel. “At first I felt nervous,” she shares. “A lot of people were looking at me strangely. I felt bare and vulnerable.”

She adds: “As I started to really get into the intense poses of sports yoga, I caught myself staring at my body in the mirrored walls. I was in love with what I saw. I was really feeling myself. I felt free in my skin. After the class, I really felt like it was the best class I ever took. I felt really good, and even went to get groceries in just my leggings and sports bra.”

Will she continue her yoga practice in just a sports bra? Heck yes! “I don’t think I’m going to be as worried about weird looks or comments in the future,” she says. “Ultimately, I felt really amazing, and that’s what matters!”

The body-positive community on Instagram has helped many rethink how they view their own bodies and others. Sharkey explained how it’s helped her become comfortable in her own skin. “Posting on Instagram has truly helped me so much,” she says. “Not only were accounts similar to mine in the body positive community huge inspirations to help myself in my own journey, but now I am helping others through visibility as well. I make awesome connections, and overall, just experience great and empowering conversations with many individuals.”

Others have taken to social media to show off burgeoning confidence, like Jasmine Owens, 25, an accounting student in Honolulu, who recently posted a body-positive image. In it, Jasmine wears a colorful bikini — the first one she’s ever worn on a beach — while walking along the shore with her husband, Keenen.

Sharkey’s sports-bra moment might not seem like a big deal on the surface, but incidents of women being shamed for their clothing and bodies while exercising is unfortunately common. There’s of course Dani Mathers, the former Playboy Playmate who was charged with a misdemeanor for cruelly posting a nude photo of an elderly woman in her gym’s locker room, with the caption “If I can’t unsee this, neither can you.” And in 2016, a man wrote a letter to his local paper criticizing women wearing yoga pants — which resulted in a group of women hosting a yoga pants parade by his house.
