The latest head-scratching swimwear news comes courtesy of a bikini that might just be the most practical impracticality we’ve ever laid eyes on. Just in time for summer, there is a swimsuit that, in addition to baring your midriff, confusingly covers up the entirety of one of your arms with a giant bell sleeve.
A woman named Amanda M-W first brought attention to the “Loong Sleeve Bikini Set” from Amir Slama on Twitter, and with good reason; the outfit seems to be mixing and matching winter and summer. This pale blue water-bound sartorial statement isn’t quite sure whether it's a shirt or a bikini top and, for that matter, whether it's a long-sleeved crop top or more of a strapless bralette. What’s more, it’s made of a denimlike fabric that fashions the most waterproof Canadian tuxedo we ever did see.

No matter, though: With the front knot and epic statement sleeve, it's understandable that you may think, "hey, that would make a cute top." For £258 (or roughly $331), this bikini can be yours. Although we don’t suggest you engage in any sporty water events with this statement sleeve, it’s a great way to go for that straight-off-the-runway fashion look as you’re reclining on a swan pool float.
You may just want to load up on the SPF in this one, though: The tan lines are sure to be brutal.
